  1. Pre-heat over to 375. Boil your water and place noodles in the boiling water. Cook noodles according to package or until done.
  2. Sauté the meat with half of the oil for approximately 5-8 minutes ensuring that it is not overcooked, then place the meat into a bowl.
  3. Slice the mushrooms to your desired thickness, if not pre-sliced. Sauté the mushrooms, in the remaining amount of oil, for approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Mix the tomato paste with the meat that was placed in a separate bowl.
  5. In a ceramic rectangular dish, approximately 16 x 9 x 4, place three lasagna noodles and half of the meat mixture. Place the treeline cheese and add another layer of noodles.
  6. Add another layer of noodles, mushrooms, half of the tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. Layer the last three noodles, the rest of the meat paste mixture, the remaining tomato sauce and the mozzarella cheese, then wrap with aluminum foil.
  7. Place in the oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and immediately serve.

Instructions
  1. 1. Place your coconut oil in a medium sauce pan on medium-high heat. Allow the oil to heat up and add your carrots, red onions and garlic to the sauce pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sauté the vegetables and garlic, until they are translucent.
  2. 2. Drain the vegetables and garlic and place into a medium sized bowl.
  3. 3. Open and drain the can of black beans, place into a separate bowl and mash with a fork, until to your desired consistency.
  4. 4. Transfer the black beans into the medium sized bowl with the vegetables and garlic, then add the remaining ingredients.
  5. 5. Grab about the size of your palm and roll into a ball, then flatten into a patty.
  6. 6. Place each patty onto a baking sheet aligned with aluminum foil and place into the freezer for 30 minutes to allow to set.
  7. 7. Place the baking sheet into the oven for approximately 15 minutes on 400 degrees.
  8. For added texture, fry the patties to create a crust on the outside. Serve with your desired toppings. Enjoy!
