5 Minute Visualization Technique Before Bed That Works

If you have not already, please read my post about visualization techniques before you proceed. I want you to be aware of what it is and how powerful it can be to manifest your own reality.

The purpose of this technique is to plant your seed of intention into the subconscious mind. You have the capability to create and manifest your own reality. Now, before anyone says it: no I am not saying that work ethic isn’t a must either! The purpose of this technique is to rid the mind of negative outcomes and plant your desired outcome into your subconscious. That way your consciousness is working toward the unconscious.

Before bed tonight, I want you to close your eyes and breath deeply and consciously for 60 seconds. This will put your body and mind into a relaxed state and prepare it for the technique. Now, as you are falling asleep, focus and visualize how you wish tomorrow to unfold. Imagine yourself completing the tasks with ease, creating new opportunities, and connections.

I want you to do this technique every night before bed. Prior to implementing the technique at night, journal about what you plan to visualize. The next day, journal about what was completed and etc.
