Your morning affirmations should be your daily prayer for your personal growth, health, and building healthy relationships with other.
Affirmations are prayers. Yes, I just said that. Daily affirmations are prayers that assist in reprogramming the subconscious mind. Affirmations prevent negative self-talk. Every day in a matter of seconds, you can talk yourself out of your own growth.
Frequent negative thoughts can become self-fulling prophecies that lead to never-ending roadblocks. What about if you deliberately do the opposite for your personal development and growth?

Now, add your affirmations to your morning routine (and night routine). They can be done in the shower, brushing your teeth, while cooking, during your workout and more! It is a very simple, but impactful step for your overall mental health.
Remember, ensure that your goals are intrinsic because your overall personal growth is more important than validation from others.
