This month, I will be doing a 30 Day Squat Challenge. Why? Squats are one of the best exercises that you can do. PERIOD. However, they can get boring and monotonous after the first few sets. So, while doing your challenge – change up the type of squat that you do! When you do different variations of squats, you work your calves, glutes, and hamstrings. This squat challenge will boost your flexibility, balance, and strength while getting your heart rate pumpin’ honey!
I know you’re probably like, “How do I do this, girl?” I hear you! Let’s say that you have 50 squats to do that day. Do 5 different variations of squats. It will help to get your heart going and keep it fun too! My favorites are the in and out squats, side step squats, basic squats, and jump squats.
