Makeup Of the Day: Soft Gold Cut Crease

My fiancée and I had a wedding to attend, so I had the opportunity to beat my face again. I plan to do my makeup more, but it’s always better to do it when you actually have somewhere to go. I opted to go for darker brows this time and wasn’t really feeling them, but I still looked cute, so hey 😂.

While rushing to get ready, I accidentally got mascara on my upper under eye on the left side; which really put a cramp in my flawless foundation routine. If you squint really hard, you can see where I tried to fix it. We joked that it looks like I have a black eye. Anyway, catch the photos after the break:

Face

  • Primer: Becca Ever-Matte Poreless Primer
  • Foundation: Dior 060
  • Concealer: MAC Studio Concealer and Corrector Palette/Medium Deep in NC40
  • Setting Powder: Laura Mercier Loose Powder mixed with Ben Nye Banana Powder
  • Highlight: MAC Mineralized Skin Finish in Gold Deposit
  • Contour: Covergirl True Blend mixed with L’Oréal True Match foundation powders
  • Blending Powder: MAC Studio Fix in NC45
  • Setting Spray: Urban Decay All Nighter

Brows

    Pencil: (a drugstore pencil that had faded words on it)
    Highlight: MAC Pro Conceal in NC40

Eyes

    Primer: (same as above) for my oily skin and MAC Soft Ochre to help eyeshadow stick
    Eyeshadows: Coastal Scents (Bright Yellow in crease up to just below brow bone, Marmalade in crease, 18K Gold on lid, Cloud White & Canary Gold mixed together for the inner lid & tear duct and Harvest Brown on the outer V slightly blended up into the crease)
    Eyeliner: ELF in Black
    Eyelashes: Flirty by KISS
    Eyelash Glue: DUO

Lips

  • Moisturizer: Nivea
  • Lip liner: MAC Cork
  • Lipstick: MAC Riri Woo
