  1. Measure out the seasonings and mix into a bowl/dish; set to the side. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Put Olive Oil into a skillet, add onion and bell peppers. Cook the vegetables until softened; approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Add all of the spinach and cook until wilted. Add half of the seasonings, then remove the vegetables from the skillet after cooking the seasoning for flavor.
  4. Add the sausage to the skillet, cook until done, then add the rest of the seasonings.
  5. Place the dough inside of the springform pan and press against the sides of the pan. Ensure that the dough sticks to the sides of the pan prior to layering ingredients.
  6. For the first layer, add a third of the tomato sauce, the cheese blend, the tomatoes, the vegetable blend and the sausage. For the second layer, add a layer of tomato sauce, cheese blend and more sausage. For the last/top layer, add the remaining tomato sauce, the cheese blend, tomatoes, the vegetable blend and the sausage.
  7. Place the springform pan into oven and cook for approximately 20-30 minutes. The cook time will depend on your oven type.
  8. Allow pie to cool for 5 minutes, then remove the outer rim and base for serving. Enjoy!
